Brilliant gym with a great atmosphere. Everything you need to improve your boxing, fitness and strength. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and always push you to be your best.

You will not find anywhere better. Hard work pays off. Over 19 stone when I walked through the door. Around 14 stone 8 now and still going. 100% best around.

This place comes highly recommended. The man knows his stuff and certainly knows how to get the most out of each individual that trains. If you want to get in shape this is the place to be.

Turned up for beast mode not knowing what I’d signed up for. Got back to my car and sat questioning my life choices. Best 45 minutes of my week now.

Great S&C gym. Hard work, good circuits and well-structured sessions. The coach is knowledgeable and always pushes you to do your best. Would definitely recommend.
